The SEED 7 Year Vision: Transform SEED into a service organization which takes the continuous earnings of the home building business and utilizes them for important housing, environmental, social, educational, health, and economic programs in the local area, and around the world.
SEED and LEED
USGBC's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System has become the established standard of measurement for the design, construction and operation of high-performance buildings.
As proud members of the USGBC, SEED is certifying all homes through the LEED for Homes certification program. The Providence at Fleming Park achieved LEED Silver Certification.
